Weather: NOAA U.S. Climate Normals, 1991 to 2020. Stations: Pelton Dam (Lower Deschutes), Prineville (Crooked River and smallmouth reservoirs), Chiloquin 12 NW at Fort Klamath (Williamson), Madras (Lake Billy Chinook); snowfall for Pelton Dam and Madras from Madras 2N. Rain and snow are monthly totals in inches. Fishing seasons are typical patterns and change year to year with water conditions and regulations. Always check current ODFW regulations.
